30 day Money Back Guarantee on All US Retail Orders:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please e-mail us immediately at
sales@newstandardkeyboards.com and we will do everything we can to remedy
the situation. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will authorize return of the
order for refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be credited to the same
card used for the original purchase. Such returns must be received in new
condition within 30 days of the original order date, and shipping costs cannot be
refunded or reimbursed.
Shipping:
Orders are normally shipped the same day, or the next business day depending
on when they are received.
Domestic Shipping
For single keyboards, Priority Mail is usually the best method, averaging 2-3
days for delivery. Selecting "Priority Mail (US Only)" will show the fixed rate that
we charge for such orders shipped by USPS. Selecting any other option
calculates in real time the rate for delivery by UPS (United Parcels Service)
according to destination and level of service selected.
Foreign Shipping
All foreign orders placed on this web site ship by UPS Worldwide services. We
no longer offer post office delivery for foreign orders because international mail
services do not meet our standards for reliability and insurance. Please note
that while our computer keyboards are normally free of import duties, some
countries may charge VAT upon delivery.
European customers are now served by our UK Distributor, The Keyboard
Company, (UK) Ltd., providing low-cost, overnight delivery in the UK, and 2-day
delivery throughout Europe. (www.keyboardco.com , or directly to their product
pages for Rainbow Model or Silver Model).
Please note that our current keyboards are configured for the US market. For
best results, select "English (United States)" in your computer language options.
If you have special shipping needs not covered by the above options, please
email us at sales@newstandardkeyboards.com with your request.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to shipments to California addresses.
